Beyond the bricks and mortar of property development lies a much deeper responsibility: maintaining harmony with the local community.
On Sunday, May 10, 2026, the atmosphere in Kediri Village, Tabanan, was filled with warmth and solidarity. COCO Social Fund, in partnership with Amazona Jungle Resort, once again took to the field for our monthly social outreach program. This time, our impact was amplified through a collaboration with RB Respect, a community brotherhood led by the prominent Tabanan figure and DPRD member, I Gusti Ketut Artayasa, S.Sos. (familiarly known as Ngurah Bobby).
A Personal Touch: Door-to-Door Outreach
For us, social aid is about more than just numbers; it’s about presence. The COCO Social Fund, Amazona Jungle Resort, and RB Respect teams personally visited 20 recipient locations across Kediri Village, Tabanan. We chose a door-to-door approach to listen to the residents’ stories firsthand and ensure that our support reached those who needed it most.

“We aren’t just building properties; we are building communities through social action.
The Pawongan Philosophy: Harmony Between People
This initiative is rooted in the Pawongan pillar of Tri Hita Karana—the traditional Balinese philosophy of maintaining harmonious relationships between fellow human beings. Under the vision of Rasmus Holst, COCO Development believes that investment and infrastructure must always go hand-in-hand with improving the quality of life for local residents.
Ngurah Bobby of RB Respect echoed this sentiment, noting that while the contribution might seem small in the face of global challenges, the spirit of brotherhood is what truly matters. “We hope to be of benefit to the surrounding community, even if it is just a drop of water in the ocean,” he shared.
Toward a Self-Sustaining Ecosystem
The social outreach in Kediri Village is just one piece of the larger puzzle being built by the COCO Social Fund. We are committed to creating an integrated ecosystem that links environmental, social, and economic aspects.

Key initiatives currently driving this vision include:
- Cepaka Learning Center: A hub for community empowerment and plastic waste processing using advanced pyrolysis technology.
- Kimnara Space & Cepaka Sunday Market: Platforms for creative collaboration and empowering local MSMEs through a circular economy.
Contribute, Not Just Spending
Through these monthly activities, COCO Social Fund invites more partners to join us in fostering a culture of care. We believe the success of any development is measured by the positive footprint it leaves on the lives of our neighbors.

Our sincere thanks go to the residents of Kediri Village, Amazona Jungle Resort, and RB Respect for this incredible collaboration. See you at the next social action!
