At the COCO Social Fund, we’ve always believed that the real legacy of R.A. Kartini isn’t found in ceremonies, it’s found in the hands of women who are leading the way for a cleaner, healthier, and more compassionate Bali.
This week, we were honored to join forces with the TP PKK Badung for a very special celebration: Semangat Kartini (Sekar) Badung 2026. This wasn’t just a day for speeches; it was a day for “Aksi Nyata” (real action).
More Than Emancipation: The Four Pillars

The celebration highlighted a powerful vision that perfectly aligns with our mission at Coco Social Fund. The movement is built on four essential pillars that prove women are the primary drivers of change in our society:
- Kartini Peduli Lingkungan (Environmental Care)
- Kartini Kreatif (Creative Innovation)
- Kartini Sehat (Health & Wellness)
- Kartini Berbagi (Sharing & Compassion)
Joining the Force: Delivering Sembako
As part of the Kartini Berbagi pillar, the COCO Social Fund stepped up once again to support our community. We joined the collective effort to deliver Sembako packages to those who need them most.
We believe that empowerment starts with meeting basic needs. By ensuring our neighbors have essential supplies, we create the stability needed for families to focus on health, education, and the environment.
A Future Built on Sustainability
The energy at Mangupura was electric. From high school students competing in waste management innovation contests to local UMKM showcasing recycled crafts, the day proved that the “Kartini of today” is focused on sustainability.
Whether it’s through smart waste sorting or supporting local entrepreneurs, the women of Badung are leading the charge toward a “Bersih, Berdaya, dan Berkelanjutan” (Clean, Empowered, and Sustainable) Bali.
The Journey Continues
As the Vice Regent of Badung, Bagus Alit Sucipta, reminded us during the event: Kartini taught us that everyone has the right to contribute to the nation. At Coco Social Fund, we are proud to be part of a community that protects, empowers, and uplifts its women and children.

We aren’t just celebrating a historical figure; we are fueling a movement. Let’s keep sharing, keep cleaning, and keep growing together.
