A Collaborative Mission in Sulangai Village with Badung Peduli

Social assistance is far more than a simple delivery of goods; it is a commitment to precision, dignity, and ensuring that support reaches those who need it most. This week, the COCO Social Fund was honored to join Ibu Ni Putu Rasniathi, chairperson of TP PKK Badung, in a meaningful community action day in Sulangai Village.

The event was a centerpiece of the Badung Peduli movement, a dedicated effort by the regency to ensure no citizen is left behind. Accompanied by the CEO of COCO Development, Rasmus Holst, our team participated in this initiative to bridge the gap between government resources and private sector agility.

Unified for the Community

The mission in Sulangai was built on a foundation of tangible, direct impact. By aligning with the Badung Peduli framework, we focused on two essential pillars:

  • Comprehensive Healthcare: Offering free medical check-ups to support the health and longevity of the village’s elders and families.
  • Dignified Support: The distribution of essential food packages (sembako) to provide immediate security and relief to local households.

The Power of the Social Safety Net

At the heart of this collaboration is a core belief: meaningful change is never the result of a single entity working in isolation. It is born from a well-executed partnership. By bringing together the leadership of the Badung Regency, the local wisdom of the Sulangai Village authorities, and the social commitment of COCO Development, we are able to strengthen the social safety net through real action on the ground.

A Shared Vision for Badung

For Rasmus Holst and the COCO team, being a “Good Neighbor” means more than just having a presence in Bali; it means active stewardship. We believe that true sustainability involves investing in the people and the social fabric of the regions where we operate.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Ibu Ni Putu Rasniathi, chairperson of TP PKK Badung, for her tireless leadership and for inviting us to contribute to the Badung Peduli mission. Together, we are taking a vital step toward a more resilient and compassionate future for all.
