As Bali prepares to celebrate the sacred season of Galungan—a beautiful time dedicated to the triumph of virtue and the strengthening of family bonds—the spirit of gotong royong (mutual community care) is more vital than ever.
To honor this special season, we were incredibly proud to partner with RB Respect, a community brotherhood led by the prominent Tabanan figure and DPRD member, I Gusti Ketut Artayasa, S.Sos. (familiarly known as Ngurah Bobby) to organize a meaningful Bansos (social assistance) initiative. Together, our goal was simple yet profound: to support local families, alleviate seasonal financial pressures, and ensure that our community can welcome the upcoming festivities with peace of mind, joy, and abundance.
Honoring Tradition Through Shared Care
The days leading up to Galungan are filled with beautiful traditions, but they also bring unique economic demands for households as they prepare offerings, ceremonial meals, and family gatherings. By stepping in with essential supplies and targeted welfare support, this initiative was designed to lighten the load for families who need it most.

For us, sustainability isn’t just about environmental systems like recycling or circular economies; it is deeply rooted in social sustainability—ensuring the well-being, resilience, and happiness of the people who make Bali the beautiful home that it is.
The Pawongan Philosophy: Harmony Between People
This initiative is rooted in the Pawongan pillar of Tri Hita Karana—the traditional Balinese philosophy of maintaining harmonious relationships between fellow human beings. Under the vision of Rasmus Holst, COCO Development believes that investment and infrastructure must always go hand-in-hand with improving the quality of life for local residents.

The Power of Purposeful Partnerships
This initiative beautifully highlights what can be achieved when organizations unite with a shared heart for the community. Partnering with RB Respect allowed us to expand our reach, ensuring that high-quality, essential assistance reached the hands of families directly ahead of the holidays.

Seeing the smiles, sharing brief moments of connection, and feeling the warmth of the community as they prepare for Galungan was a powerful reminder of why we do this work. A heartfelt thank you to RB Respect and everyone involved in making this distribution seamless, dignified, and filled with joy.
Selamat menyambut Hari Raya Galungan to our beautiful community—may this season bring blessings, harmony, and prosperity to every household
